HentaiUs respects the intellectual property rights of others. Videos on this site are streamed from third-party file hosts; we do not operate our own video hosting. If you believe that content linked or displayed on our site infringes your copyright, you may request its removal as described below.

Filing an infringement notice

Send your notice to legal@hentaius.space with all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the infringing material, including its URL on our site
• Your full name, address, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Takedown process

Complete notices are reviewed in the order received. When a notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the reported material. Incomplete notices cannot be processed and will receive a reply requesting the missing information.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed following a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address containing: identification of the removed material and its former URL; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and email; and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts. Material may be restored 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notification unless the complainant files court action.

Repeat infringers

This site has no user accounts and accepts no uploads, so there are no accounts to terminate. Where infringement occurs through interactive features (such as comments), identifiers available to us — such as the IP addresses attached to comments and votes — may be blocked from further interaction following repeated valid notices.
